Il lavoro con i Tarocchi-Working with Tarot
Tra gli artisti maggiori del XVI secolo, Albrecht Dürer viene considerato il massimo esponente della pittura tedesca rinascimentale.
A Venezia l'artista entrò in contatto con ambienti neoplatonici. Si presume che tali ambienti abbiano sollevato il suo carattere verso l’aggregazione
esoterica. Classico esempio é l’opera dal titolo Melancholia I , realizzata nel 1514, in cui sono presenti evidenti simbologie ermetiche.
Tra le sue opere sono state scelte quelle che possono meglio rappresentare gli Arcani Maggiori dei Tarocchi, ma essendo tante le sue opere si é pensato di aggiungere 2 cartoline al mazzo.
Among the major artists of the sixteenth century, Albrecht Dürer is considered the greatest exponent of German Renaissance painting.
In Venice the artist entered in contact with neoplatonic environments. Such environments are presumed to have raised his character towards esoteric aggregation. Classic example is the work entitled Melancholia I , created in 1514, in which there are evident hermetic symbols.
Among his works, those that can best represent the Major Arcana of the Tarot have been chosen, but since there are many works by him, it was decided to add 2 postcards to the deck.
